Act Of Contrition je vlastně taková záhadná, hodně zvláštní píseň. Začíná tím, že Madonna šeptá modlitby. Poté začne kytarové sólo, zatímco můžeme jasně slyšet refrén písně Like A Prayer, ale puštěné pozpátku. To všechno se proplétá s textem, který máte uvedený výše. Na konci celé skladby si Madonna rezervuje jakýsi hotel, který se jí ale nemůže v počítači zobrazit. Zkrátka zvláštní.

Produkce tohoto songu se ujaly jakési "Vyšší síly" - za vtipným označením však nestojí nikdo jiný než sám zpěvák Prince.
